a minimum of twenty 75-90 minute deep coaching sessions over the course of 6 months.
weekly 30 minute phone call check-ins, providing further accountability, support, and clarity on how the deeper re-wiring work is integrating into daily existence.
written follow-ups and recorded practices to support maximum integration.
